Enterprise AI Startup Wonderful Now Valued at $5B

The upward trajectory of startup Wonderful continued, with the vendor closing a $550 million Series C funding round at a $5 billion valuation.

The latter figure more than doubles the company’s $2 billion valuation at its Series B in March, when it raised $150 million, following a $100 million Series A in November.

The company, founded in 2025 in Israel and now headquartered in Amsterdam, says its mission is to “help large enterprises become AI native.”

To achieve that, Wonderful’s core product offering has evolved over the past year. Initially, it focused on embedding teams within organizations to support the rollout of its customer-service agentic AI platform, with particular emphasis on non-English-speaking countries.

That strategy has already led to a strong global presence, with 650 employees across 35 markets.

Now, though, the vendor has evolved it into a full AI OS, which it says, “coordinates agents, workflows, AI-native applications, enterprise context, integrations, and governed execution across an organization.”

The Wonderful AI OS works with any AI model and is compatible with existing stacks, enabling enterprises to adopt new models as the industry evolves without rebuilding their stack or becoming tied to a single provider.

Among the key elements of the OS are managed workflows for automated end-to-end processes; productivity agents to support employees; AI applications to replace old software; and conversational agents to serve customers.

Wonderful said it will use the latest capital injection to continue developing the OS and boost staffing levels.

Leading the Series C round was global software investor Insight Partners -- which also headed up the previous two rounds -- with participation from Salesforce and existing investors Index Ventures, IVP, Vine Ventures, 9Yards Capital and Bessemer Venture Partners.
